2 Arrested in Connection With Fallbrook Homicide

A Hartford police officer under investigation for the beating of a suspect took his first steps toward retiring.

Two men are under arrest in connection with the death of a 25-year-old man who was found stabbed outside a Fallbrook Carl's Jr.

Deputies took Robert Cruz Ramos, 19, and Salvador Lopez Jr., 19, into custody on Thursday.

Kenneth Mose, 24, was found laying in front of the restaurant, in the 1100-block of South Mission Road, face down just before midnight on Tuesday, investigators said.

Mose was flown to a local hospital where he died from his injuries, officials said.
