A truck slammed into a bar in Barrio Logan Thursday evening, taking a fire hydrant out in the process.

According to officials, the crash occurred around 5 p.m. at Pete's Cocktails and Dancing near Main Street and Vesta Street.

Police and fire crews responded to the scene. Fire officials reported a hydrant had also been hit and was spewing water onto the streets.

By around 5:30 p.m., the water had been shut off.

Officials said no injuries were reported. Police arranged for a tow truck to remove the "SNAP-ON" tool company truck from the building.

Another vehicle was also damaged at the scene, no police did not immediately release details on how that car was involved.

The crash is under investigation.
