Truck Hits Hydrant in Miramar
Huge geyser fills street with water

A truck hit a fire hydrant in Miramar Friday morning, causing a huge geyser.
The truck crashed into the hydrant on 6260 Marindustry Drive at about 6:45 a.m., San Diego Fire and Rescue authorities said.
SDFD reported no injuries, but the water has caused minor flooding on the street. As of 7:30 a.m., water was still gushing from the hydrant.
