Club Tijuana is in 2nd place in Liga MX, just one point behind Cruz Azul. On Friday night, the Xoloitzcuintles beat Pumas UNAM 3-0 at Estadio Caliente.
In case you’re wondering what the heck I’m talking about, it’s Mexican League soccer, and it is a BIG deal. Tijuana’s Xolos have become a powerhouse, with soccer fans from San Diego making the trip across the border to see games on a regular basis.
