If you are close to the Miramar Air Station, you have probably noticed more activity in the skies above you. The Miramar Air Show started on Friday morning and runs through Sunday.
This year the Miramar Air Show is celebrating "Marines: A Tradition of Uncommon Valor."
The show includes demonstrations by the world-famous Blue Angels, and the Canadian Snowbirds on Saturday, followed by four hour Twilight Show, including a spectacular fireworks display. The air show will also have more than 100 military and civilian display aircraft on hand for everyone to enjoy.
Parking, general admission and blanket seating is free. Gates open at 8 a.m. daily.
