A teenage boy was found wandering the streets in Chula Vista early Thursday morning, according to Chula Vista police.
At around 1 a.m., concerned residents called CVPD after spotting the minor wandering in his pajamas in the 1400 block of H Street, near Southwestern College, according to police.
Witnesses said the boy looked lost, police said.
Arriving officers reportedly canvassed the area and found the teen hiding in some bushes. They said the teen could not speak and appeared to have some sort of mental disability.

It wasn't immediately clear how long the teen had been wandering, though he had no injuries or signs of abuse, police said.
Officers took the boy to the Polinsky Center because they were unable to determine where he was from.
