Water crews responded to flooding near a bank of water meters in Lincoln Park early Monday.
The flooding at Logan Avenue and 49th Street was reported around 5:30 a.m. in front of the Arbor Village Apartments.
One lane of westbound Logan Avenue was closed due to the incident.
The service line connecting the apartments broke and caused the flooding, according to city water crews.
There was no disruption to customers, officials said.
