Woman Jumps Out of Moving Car

A Spring Valley road was closed Wednesday afternoon after a female passenger reportedly jumped out of a moving car during a fight with the driver.

The incident on Jamacha Rd. happened at about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Medics were requested to assist the woman, who was transported to the hospital. Her condition is unknown at this time.

The driver was arrested for driving under the influence, CHP authorities said.

A tow truck was also requested for the driver's car. No other cars were involved though.

CHP closed westbound Jamacha Rd. at Maya St. following the incident. It was re-opened shortly after.
