Shots rang out in Mission Beach over the weekend

Shots rang out in Mission Beach over the holiday weekend and a nearby car was found empty with bullet holes in it. Reports of "shots fired" came in around 10:30 Sunday night at a Belmont Park parking lot, according to San Diego Police Watch Commander Sgt. David Jennings.
A BMW was found parked on Mission Boulevard with bullet holes in it. San Diego Police questioned dozens of people who had gathered around the car to determine in any of them were involved or had witnessed the shooting.
