San Diego Police Department detectives are searching for a man that allegedly molested a 15-year-old girl, giving her alcohol and drugs just before the sexual assault.
According to SDPD Sex Crimes investigators, Walter Ramirez Consuegra (pictured above), 38, is suspected of sexually assaulting a teenage girl in August 2012.
Investigators say Consuegra allegedly picked up two young girls in San Diego last summer and took them back to his home. After providing the girls with alcohol and drugs, he sexually assaulted one of the teens, police said.
Further details of the crime were not released.
Police describe Consuegra as Hispanic, 5-foot-3 and 165-pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He’s been known to drive a two-door, silver Mercedes 320, but may also have access to other cars.
