Suspect exposes self on streets

Police are on the lookout for a serial flasher in Chula Vista.
The suspect has exposed himself several times since Friday, Chula Vista police said. He was spotted most recently on Monday near the Broadway-Palomar St. corridor.
The suspect could potentially face charges of indecent exposure if found guilty.
Several other flashers have been pursued in San Diego in recent months. One suspect in Rancho Bernardo watched women in their houses while exposing and touching himself.
Another suspect in Carmel Valley was caught by police after he continually exposed himself and masturbated on Del Mar Heights Rd. Police pursued him and eventually found him in his parent’s closet.
