Officers are searching for a at-risk 69-year old man who went missing from his nursing facility in Kearny Mesa this weekend.
Bryce Guyle was last seen on Sunday morning at his nursing facility in the Clairemont Mesa East area of San Diego.
Police say he may be attempting to return home.
Guyle suffers from a medical condition and gets confused easily.
He is 5-feet 8-inches, weighs about 100 pounds, has gray hair in a thin ponytail and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt.
