The seller was Saitama Nissan USA Corp., represented by Reg Kobzi and Paul Komadina of brokerage company CBRE Group Inc.

Citing city and brokerage representatives, CoStar reported that Scripps plans to build an outpatient surgical facility at the site, located at 2205 Vista Way. A 30,877-square-foot retail building, part of a closed car dealership, was demolished at the site in November.

According to paperwork filed with the city by Scripps, the health care provider has proposed a three-story medical office building of approximately 85,000 square feet at that location. The project would also include a two or three-story parking structure, along with surface parking.
