One person died in Santa Ysabel Friday when a motorcycle and vehicle collided, officials confirmed.
The accident happened just after 9 a.m. at State Route 79 and State Route 76. California Highway Patrol (CHP) shut down the intersection immediately following the deadly crash. A SigAlert was issued; it is unknown how long the road closure will last.
CHP officials said one person was killed, but further details were not immediately available. Three others were being evaluated by medics at the scene.
The crash is under investigation.
