Sandier Beaches on the Horizon

SANDAG's $28.5 million dollar "Regional Beach and Sand Project" kicked off in Imperial Beach Saturday. The project aims to replenish San Diego beaches with fresh sand.

Sandier Beaches on the Horizon

SANDAG's Regional Beach and Sand Project kicked off Saturday in Imperial Beach. The project aims to restore eroded beaches by dredging and depositing 1.4 million cubic yards of new sand onto some of San Diego's beaches.
