    Our weather may be near-perfect but we're apparently still not the brightest.

    If you think you're smart, there are not enough of us to make the top ten of America's smartest cities.

    Reader's Digest says San Francisco is the smartest and sharpest, mainly because it has so many farmers’ markets.

    Next up in the number two position is Arlington, Virginia with above-average education rates.

    Rounding out the top five, Fremont in Silicon Valley because of a low smoking rate, followed by Seattle (where nearly everyone exercises) and Madison, Wisconsin because of its diabetes prevention programs.

    Reader's Digest looked at education levels, eating and exercise habits, health conditions and sociability.
