A safe was stolen from a store in Clairemont on Wednesday, according to San Diego police.
The burglary occurred at 5163 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., said Lt. Andra Brown, but police do not know when the Check Into Cash store was broken into.
Investigators suspect that the thieves entered the room through the next door.
The incident is under investigation.
