Three vehicles collided on northbound Interstate 805, temporarily shutting down three lanes of traffic Wednesday night.
The crash happened just before 9:30 p.m. near Adams Avenue in Normal Heights.
California Highway Patrol and San Diego Fire Department (SDFD) responded.
According to a San Diego Fire-Rescue spokesperson, two victims were taken to Sharp Memorial hospital with possible major injuries.
No other information was immediately available.
