Family Survives Rollover Accident in South Bay

Roll over crash on south I-5 took place on Thursday at 1:30 in the morning

A family of four was involved in a rollover accident on Interstate 5 south of Dairy Mart Road.

California Highway Patrol officers and paramedics arrived soon after the crash happened around 1:30 a. m. Thursday and provided help to the victims.

The family was able to get out of the white four-door pickup truck involved in the crash.

According to officials the family was coming from Stockton when all of a sudden the mother dozed off, the vehicle then rolled over ending up on the side of the road.

The white Ford did however end up on its wheels.

After rescue crews arrived, the family collected their belongings from the truck. No one is known to be injured at this time.

CHP officers are still conducting investigations on the accident. No other cars appear to have been involved.
