Man Inappropriately Grabs Female Student at San Diego State University: Alert

A man inappropriately grabbed a woman early Sunday morning at San Diego State University, according to a community safety alert sent out to students. 

The reported sexual battery happened at Montezuma Road and East Campus Drive at approximately 2:20 a.m., according to the safety alert. 

The victim, a female student, told police an unknown white man grabbed her and inappropriately touched her. 

She fought him off and ran away, police said. The victim was not injured.

The suspect, described as a man in his 30s last seen wearing a dark shirt and pants, was seen running east on Montezuma Road. He remains outstanding. 

No other information was immediately available.
