Power Restored to Thousands of O'Side Residents

    Power was restored shortly after 6 a.m.

    Thousands of Oceanside residents have power again after a major power outage knocked out the lights.

    The lights went out around 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday night. According to SDG&E, the outage affected 3,250 in Oceanside, San Luis Rey, Ocean Hills and Southeast Camp Pendleton.

    Power was restored to nearly 2800 homes within the last hour around 6 a.m. The last 475 homes had their power restored shortly after.
