Police Locate Missing Girl

San Diego police have located a girl who was missing since Sunday morning.
The 12-year-old named Jewele was reported missing by her mother at about 7 a.m. on Aug. 8. Jewele's older sister said she saw her in the family's Skyline residence about an hour before she was reported missing.
Investigators said the girl left her home after a recent conflict with her mother. She spent Sunday night in Imperial Beach with a friend, police said. That friend told officers that the girl took additional clothing from the home.
On Thursday at 10:53 a.m., Jewele called her cousin to say she was all right but would not tell the cousin her location. At a little after noon on Thursday, police said they had located the girl.
