Chula Vista police found an elderly man who has been missing since 10 a.m. Monday.
Hatgis has dementia and has been known to walk towards a relative's home in the area of Theresa Way and Monserate Avenue in Chula Vista. He has previously been found on Telegraph Canyon Road near Interstate 805 freeway and in the 100 block of Naples Street in Chula Vista.
