Authorities arrested a 23-year-old man in the case of a nude burglary suspect found under a homeowner's bed.

Edgar Lucha was booked into the Orange County Jail on charges of burglary, indecent exposure and attempted lewd acts on a child. Authorities said he was arrested at a drug rehabilitation center.

Detectives responded to a Westminster home Saturday after a homeowner told police he discovered a nude man under his son's bed. The homeowner said he and his 10-year-old son had switched bedrooms for the night.

The man told police he suspected something was wrong because he heard rustling sounds and felt his bed was moving. He looked under the bed and saw a nude adult man, police said.

The man apologized, gathered his clothes and fled.

Detectives said the man used a ladder to access an unlocked second story window.

Officers, including a search dog, were unable to locate the subject, but forensic investigators gathered enough evidence to track down Lucha, Westminster police said.
