    A California Lottery ticket sold in San Diego earned one lucky winner a nice chunk of change but the person holding the ticket hasn't come forward.

    Check your older tickets for one from the September 14 drawing. The winning ticket matched five of the six numbers – 40, 21, 51, 16 and 17 – missing only the Mega number, 20.

    The winning ticket was purchased at Escape Snack Bar located at 3360 32nd Street Naval Base in San Diego.

    The lucky lotto ticket is worth $170,827, the California Lottery office announced. Who doesn't need that kind of cash?
