Sea lions have invaded the Oceanside Harbor, to the consternation of people who dock their boats or work at the harbor.

"They're coming up on the landings, and they're making a huge mess," said Tammy Taunt, who has moored a 20-foot sailboat at the harbor with her husband since 2007.

Those who live on their boats say the noisy animals have ruined the placid atmosphere of their harbor.
