Oceanside, Balboa Park-Area Freeway Ramps Closed Thanksgiving Morning

Several freeway off-ramps will be closed in the Balboa Park area and Oceanside Thanksgiving morning, according to Caltrans.
In Oceanside, the southbound Interstate 5 off-ramp to North Coast Highway/State Route 76 will be closed Thursday from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. for a special event.
Meanwhile, the Quince Street, Richmond Street and Robinson Street off-ramps from northbound State Route 163 will be closed Thursday beginning at 6:30 a.m. for a special event in the Balboa Park area.
Caltrans said those ramps are expected to reopen by 9 a.m.
Signs have been placed near the ramps in advance to alert motorists of the closures.
