A security guard at a North Park bar was stabbed in an argument early Sunday, police said.
Officers were called to NUMB3RS, a bar on Park Boulevard just south of University Avenue just before 2 a.m.
A man stabbed the guard one time in the chest and then ran from the scene, officials said.
The security guard was taken to a nearby trauma center with a wound that police described as non-life threatening.
Officers believe an argument sparked the stabbing but they are asking anyone with information to call detectives at (619) 516-3000.
