A 4-year-old child was found unconscious after choking on water in Lincoln Park Tuesday morning, according to San Diego Fire Department.
At around 11:15 SDFD responded to a call that a child had nearly drowned at 5263 Solana Ave. The child was breathing and was transported to Rady Children's Hospital.
There is no word on the child's condition.
