Natural Gas Break Reported Near Tecolote Canyon

San Diego firefighters capped a natural gas line break on Comstock Street near Tecolote Canyon Natural Park.

Around 8:50 a.m. Thursday, San Diego Fire and Rescue received a call reporting a two-inch gas line break.

Seven houses and ten people were evacuated.

Linda Vista Elementary School is located nearby and sheltered students inside.
