Investigators say they know who the mystery woman who dropped off reality TV star Ryan Jenkins -- who is suspected in killing his model ex-wife -- at the motel where he died.
"We're prepared to comment at this time that we do believe they knew each other, there was a past history, but we don't want to go into specific detail as to the relationship,” said Sgt. Duncan Pound of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
Authorities said they do not believe the woman who dropped off Jenkins at the motel in Canada is a risk to the public.
The suspected killer and former reality TV contestant was found dead at a motel in British Columbia Sunday. Jenkins died from an apparent suicide, according to investigators.
Jenkins is suspected of killing his ex-wife, model Jasmine Fiore, whose body was found in a dumpster in Buena Park.
Two days before Fiore's body was found, the couple checked into a hotel in San Diego, said investigators, who are not sure where she was killed.
