Murdered Model Last Seen in San Diego

Ryan Alexander Jenkins is a "person of interest" in Jasmine Fiore's murder.

Police are looking for a reality TV star who they say was last seen in San Diego with a swimsuit model whose nude body was found stuffed in a suitcase and tossed in a trash can.

Jasmine Fiore’s mother said her daughter was excited about taking a trip to San Diego with, Ryan Alexander Jenkins, a star on the VH1 reality TV show Megan Wants a Millionaire and Fiore’s husband, briefly.

Lisa Lepore says her 28-year-old daughter married the 32-year-old millionaire in Las Vegas in March but had the marriage annulled in May. However, she says Jenkins convinced her daughter to take him back.

Fiore's mother last saw her daughter on Friday at the victim’s West Hollywood apartment.

"It's devastating, I just watched my daughter walk out of her apartment with all of her bags and she was going to San Diego for a poker tournament. She was really happy," Lepore said.

Jenkins reported Fiore missing to the Los Angeles Police Department on Saturday. On that same day, the 32-year-old went to Fiore's apartment and packed up all of his clothing, according to the victim’s mother.

"He left misleading notes in her apartment, saying she was cheating on him, he couldn't take it anymore," Lepore said.

Fiore's nude body was found stuffed in a suitcase in a Buena Park trash bin on Saturday. Officials say she may have been strangled and Fiore's mother believes Jenkins had something to do with it.

"Something happened somewhere between San Diego and LA, I think he lost his temper, they got into a fight and you know, accidents happen. I don't know I'm just guessing you know I'm her mother,” Lepore said.

Lepore says her daughter modeled about two years ago but had left the business.

Investigators are looking for Jenkins and say he is a “person of interest”. He may be trying to escape and could be driving a black BMW-X5 with Canadian plates or Fiore’s white Mercedes CLS-550 with paper license plates.
