Men Attacked Outside Apartment
Random attack leaves two victims wounded

A man is in the hospital after being attacked and stabbed by a group of men in Serra Mesa overnight.
It happened just after midnight in the 8600 block of Glenhaven St.
Police say that's when the 22-year-old man and his friend heard rocks being thrown outside their apartment.
When they went outside, one of them was hit with a baseball bat and the other was stabbed.
The suspects then ran off.
The stabbing victim was taken to the hospital to be treated for a collapsed lung. The other man was treated and released.
