The numbers in the Tuesday night multi-state Mega Millions draw were 15, 22, 23, 48, 55 and the Mega number was 31.
The estimated jackpot was $64 million. If no tickets were sold with all six numbers, the jackpot for the next drawing, scheduled for Friday, will rise to $76 million, a California Lottery official said.
The drawing was the sixth since the last time a ticket with all six numbers was sold.
The odds of matching all five numbers and the Mega number was 1 in 175,711,536, according to the Mega Millions website.
The Mega Millions game is played in 41 states and the District of Columbia.
