The numbers in the Tuesday multi-state Mega Millions draw were 16, 22, 23, 26, 35 and the Mega number was 31.
The estimated jackpot was $91 million. If no tickets were sold with all six numbers, the jackpot for the next drawing, scheduled for Friday, would rise to $110 million, a California Lottery official said.
The drawing was the eighth since the last time a ticket with all six numbers was sold.
The odds of matching all five numbers and the Mega number is 1 in 175,711,536, according to the Mega Millions website.
The Mega Millions game is played in 41 states and the District of Columbia.
