Man Struck by Cars on I-15
FBI agents and Connecticut State Police have surrounded a semitrailer that may be carrying explosives in Branford, CT.

A man is dead after being struck by several vehicles near MCAS Miramar.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a car hit the man just before midnight on the I-15 just south of Miramar Way.
The man, described as in his 30s, was walking on the freeway when he was hit.
Authorities don't suspect alcohol to be a factor with any of the drivers involved.
An investigation is still underway.
