A man, who was shot by his neighbor during a dispute in Lakeside, was listed in critical condition Sunday, deputies said.
The victim was shot in the neck around 8:45 p.m. Saturday in the 11400 block of Moreno Avenue.
After the shooting, the gunman returned to his house on Arcadia Way and held deputies at bay for about three hours, deputies said.
The gunman's wife left the house around midnight and he surrendered a few minutes later.
