A man boarded the USS Midway on Sunday night with a gun, baton and knife. He was arrested and awaits trial on Aug. 18.
A 51-year-old man is due in court Aug. 18, after being arrested aboard the USS Midway where he was armed with a number of weapons.
Harbor Police said they got a call from a security guard about a suspicious person Sunday night. Officers said Thomas Clarke was carrying a gun, baton and a knife. They said they also found more weapons on his motorcycle.
Clarke was apprehended that evening and is awaiting trial.
The Christian Community Theatre was performing on the USS Midway that night, but Police said they don't know what Clarke was planning to do.
He was arrested on several charges, including possession of a concealed weapon.
