Man Rescued After Fall from Sunset Cliffs

Lifeguards rushed to the area near Sunset Cliffs in Ocean Beach after reports of a man in the water.
The man slipped from the cliffs near Narragansett and landed in the surf, lifeguards said. Bystanders helped the unconscious man to the shore and waited with him until lifeguards arrived.
Emergency crews transported the man to UCSD Medical Center.
