Man Fatally Ejected in Roadway Crash
He was not wearing a seat belt, police said

A man was fatally ejected from his vehicle Saturday evening in Bay Ho when the vehicle overturned after failing to negotiate a curve in the road at a high speed.
The 25-year-old victim was not wearing a seatbelt when traveling westbound on the 4300 block of Balboa Avenue about 11:30 p.m., San Diego police said.
Alcohol was also a factor in the crash, police said.
The driver's passenger, who was wearing a seatbelt, suffered only minor injuries.
