U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents helped rescue a man found stuck inside a work van.

Agents discovered the man at the San Ysidro border crossing’s secondary inspection station around 4 a.m. Tuesday.

They called San Diego Fire Rescue reporting a person stuck in a compartment of a van.

The unidentified man was found behind some sheet metal shelving in the work van.

He was then taken to a nearby hospital to be evaluated for injuries.
