Carrie Prejean, former Miss California, made TIME's 2010 list of Least Influential People. To Ms. Prejean, the editors suggest: "Two things you can't do: 1) Make a sex tape after talking about how immoral gay people are, 2) Make a sex tape without any sex in it."
