San Diego native Luke Walton has officially added Poway High graduate Jud Buechler to his coaching staff.
Friday the Los Angeles Lakers announced they hired Buechler, Brian Keefe, and Theo Robertson as player development coaches. Buechler played 12 seasons in the NBA most notably with the Chicago Bulls .The Poway, native also played for the Nets, Spurs, Warriors, Pistons, Suns, and Magic.
Buechler graduated from the University of Arizona where he was a First-Team All-Pac 10 selection. He was drafted 38th overall in the 1990 NBA Draft by the Seattle Supersonics.
