It's said to be one of the most spectacular floating mansions around-- and it's been docked at the 10th Avenue marine terminal near downtown San Diego.

It's bigger than a mega-Yacht. It's called a giga-tacht "A" and it's about 387 feet long.

The yacht is rumored to belong to the owner of a very large coal company.  He's a Russian energy billionaire and financier.

There are reportedly three swimming pools aboard, an owner's suite, six guest suites and accommodations for 42 staff which included 5 staff just there to service the guests.
