Fire Burns Palm Trees Along I-5

There were some tense moments for firefighters early Monday after they arrived to a small brush fire along Interstate 5 just north of San Diego.
The small brush fire scorched an embankment and several trees along the northbound I-5 just south of Clairemont Drive around 4 a.m.
Firefighters jumped on the flames and extinguished the fire in about 5 minutes.
No word on the cause.
