A section of the express lanes on Interstate 15 will be closed over the weekend for a construction project.
Southbound lanes from Camino Del Norte to Mercy Road won’t be accessible starting Friday at 8 p.m.
Caltrans said crews plan on reopening the lanes by 5 a.m. Monday.
In addition, drivers will find on-ramps for the southbound express lanes at Sabre Springs and State Route 56/Ted Williams Parkway will also be closed.
The plan is for construction crews to make drainage improvements.
The express lanes stretch 20-miles between State Route 163 and State-Route 78.
