They tried to rob a 7-Eleven, one guy was dressed as Gumby and now they have turned themselves in.

Jacob Kiss, 19, walked into a 7-Eleven on Sept. 5 wearing the bright green outfit, but was laughed off the crime scene by the store clerk. He did not take anything from the convenience store.

San Diego police confiscated the “Gumby” costume when the men turned themselves in a week after the robbery.

Kiss and Giramma will return to court on Nov. 23.
