A company that put on the Fourth of July fireworks display in San Marcos that injured four people has had other fireworks accidents, according to the North County Times.
Witnesses say a stray firework shot into the crowd and exploded at Bradley Park on Sunday. Fortunately, the people hurt suffered only minor injuries.
Pyro Spectaculars has had two other accidents including one in Los Angeles in 1996 that resulted in the death of one of its employees, who was loading fireworks onto a truck.
A pair of Pyro Spectaculars' pyrotechnic operators were also injured during a Fourth of July fireworks display in Calabasas, according to a published report.
The accident is under investigation.
