A man driving a dump truck was transported to a hospital Saturday morning after his vehicle overturned northeast of Fallbrook, forcing lanes to be closed as crews swept gravel from the road.
The acccident occurred just before 8 a.m. on southbound Interstate 15 near Rainbow Valley Boulevard.
Authorities arrived on scene at 8:16 a.m., CHP said.
All four lanes were shut down due to sweeping at 9:47 a.m. Within an hour later, all but the No. 1 lane had reopened.
