Did You Feel the East County Quake?

A small quake shook an East County community on Wednesday afternoon.
The 3.7 quake hit about 8 miles southeast of Julian, according to the United States Geological Survey. The temblor struck just before 4 p.m.
At least one person felt it: @MrsGranado1 tweeted that they she "sure did!"
Another quake on Oct. 6 rattled Julian also. That quake was a 3.9.
